This is a salad dressing that my friend Chris got from his mom. I'm not sure where she found it, or if she developed this over the years... All I know is that this salad is corn-free and is what Chris considers to be his favorite form of caesar salad. However, it's not your typical caesar salad, and it's got a fair bite to it - as Chris would say: "it is a bit rich, so consider that your warning."

Although it may sound like an odd concept, chocolate zucchini muffins are a tasty treat. Although they contain enough zucchini you can say you've consumed a vegetable that day, they just taste like normal chocolate muffins. We call this Muddled Lemonade because in order to enhance the lemon taste, you muddle the sugar and the lemon slices together. Unlike many home made lemonade recipes, this lemonade involves no cooking/heating up of sugar - so its a great recipe to make with your kids.
